Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is set in a beautiful location in the rainforest, providing stunning views of the surrounding gardens. The staff was very accommodating and attentive, but I did notice a musty smell in the room. While the dining options were decent, I had an unfortunate experience with an insect on my breakfast plate. Overall, the price was reasonable for what we received, but be prepared for a lot of stairs.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, enjoying its spacious rooms and great location in Ubud. The staff was friendly, though they seemed a bit unhappy at times. The breakfast included was quite good, and I appreciated being next to some great restaurants. However, the service could use a little more enthusiasm, and the noise from the street was sometimes bothersome.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with its unique Balinese-style rooms, which were spacious and charming, although they were a bit dark and carried a damp smell. The location was fantastic, close to the monkey forest and plenty of restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experiences feel personal and welcoming. However, the limited dining options were a downside, especially during breakfast. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Ubud.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, situated in a peaceful area that's a bit away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were absolutely luxurious, bright, and clean, really making me feel pampered. The service was exceptional, especially with the lovely birthday cake surprise for my friend. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, and the location, while serene, made walking a bit challenging in the heat. Overall, it offered great value for money.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel tucked away in a beautiful garden, which provided a peaceful retreat while still being close to central Ubud. The rooms were nice and definitely a bit of a workout with all the stairs, but it felt good to stay active. The staff was really friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, I found the dining options a bit average and there were some long waits for meals. Overall, it was good value for money given the location and comfort of the hotel.
